This
application allows several departments to load articles on a WEB
server and publish automatically a corporate newsletter.
There is no need for a WEB creation tool. The articles can come
directly from a text editor. The Newsletter menu and navigation
links are created automatically. The system supports a variable
number of articles, and adjusts dynamically the navigation links,
depending on the number of available articles. Very easy to use.
Installed in 5 minutes. Training time for the authors: a couple of
minutes.

The version V1.0 is a
basic version, with 12 articles, and a basic identification/password
system. Very useful when articles rotate fast. For a more
sophisticated application, have a look at NEWSROOM
V2.0
Specifications:
Works on any Web server supporting
Active Server Pages (ASP). Articles are stored as text files in a
directory of the Web. The author uploads and updates the articles. Deliverable
is a zip file with code and documentation.
