General TERMS
and CONDITIONS of the 123 logo service.
The full ownership of the media developed by New Mind S.A and based on the customer specifications
spelled out in the online order form, together with the associated rights, will be transferred to the customer when the full payment is received. There is no limit in time, in media types, and in geographies, for the use of those media by the customer.New Mind S.A will be
authorised to display the work done, on Web site or in leaflets, for promotional activities.
COPYRIGHT
The customer is supposed to own Trademarks and Copyrights on the material supplied to New Mind S.A for the project, and New Mind S.A
cannot assume any liability if the customer is unable to obtain Trademark or Copyright of said material for any reason.
PAYMENT TERMS
1. Initial payment ($100.00)
A down payment of $100, when received, and associated with a completed order form, will enable New Mind S.A to start the project,
and covers the following activities:

- Order processing.
- Intellectual and proprietary materials used during the development process.
- Creation and development tasks.
- Display 3 proofs on a customer personal web page, during 30 days.
- 3 rounds of customer alterations to one of the three initial proofs.

This initial down payment is non-refundable and does not include final usage rights, which will be released upon receipt of final
payment .
If the customer chooses to receive more than 3 proofs, additional ones may be purchased for $60.00 per proof.
If the customer wants more than 3 rounds of fine tuning, every additional round will be charged at $30.00.
Example: a customer wants 4 proofs instead of 3 and asks for 5 rounds instead of 3. The project will cost:

2. Final payment ($180,00)
New Mind S.A will send the final logo, approved by the customer, after payment of the
final charges (the $180 final charge and the supplements if there is a request for more proofs and more rounds) and after customer
confirmation that it is the final stage.
If within 30 days after the display of the last proofs, the customer has not asked for any round of modification, or has not
decided on a final logo, the project will be considered as closed by New Mind S.A . The proofs will be sent, the rights transferred, and
the final non-refundable charge collected from the customer credit card. This charge is implicitly approved by acceptance of the terms
and conditions of the 123logo service.
LEGAL
DISPUTES
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant Belgian law, and by agreeing to be bound by them you agree to submit to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of Belgium.
