Management We
live in the knowledge society. Any company wanting to progress, or
simply to survive, must place Knowledge Management high in the
priority list.
It
is a very complex issue, at the crossroads of Change Management,
Human Resources and Information Management.

What is Knowledge Management ?
Knowledge management is the process
of finding, selecting and organising the 'intellectual capital' of a
company—whether that is files in a database, or the information
lodged in each employee’s brain—and then presenting that knowledge
in a way that helps employees understand and act on that information.
There are real business reasons—like
increased productivity, worker collaboration and shorter product
development cycles—to keep track of who knows what.
Our approach:
- mapping the business processes with
the knowledge flows (current and targets)
- understand the current knowledge
and know-how deployement
- implement a competence management
system (either as a step forward, or as a starting
point, depending on the situation)
